Yes! All bathrooms have hot water Ecotulum Resorts. Gas tanks are used to heat the bath water, which is transported from the village in trucks. This well water is stored in underground tanks and pumped several times a day to upper tanks to get water in all bathrooms. The pressure and water quality may not be as you usually have at home. Our "palapas" are constructed according to the traditional Mayan style, with palm leaves. These ceilings are usually waterproof, however it is possible to move the branches with a strong wind and in that case may have a leak inside the cabin. Should I go or not?

Remember we are in the middle of the jungle and we do everything we can to make our guests feel comfortable in this natural setting.

"This is not the Hilton. This is a destination for contact with nature. If you have that in mind, be happy here."
However, if you prefer the air conditioning and hair dryer before the sea breeze and candlelight, then Copal is probably not the best destination for your vacation.
"I suggest you enjoy the natural hair dryers found in the warm breeze blowing from the sea."
Tulum is a unique destination and passengers should research online before booking to make sure that your expectations can be met. A comment on "Trip Advisor" says:
"I cause grace some comments. Expecting a style service Sheraton Miami Beach in a cabin in the middle of the jungle."
